Anne Goodall

Anne is the founder of The Healthy Workspace, where she helps businesses create mentally healthy teams and build workplaces that genuinely support both wellbeing and performance.
With nearly nine years of experience as a therapist — and a background in Strategic Psychotherapy, NLP, and Coaching — Anne has worked with people on both sides of the workplace divide: employees impacted by unhealthy environments, and business owners doing their best but struggling to engage and align their teams.
One thing Anne has seen again and again is that most workplace problems are preventable. When organisations create the right conditions — and when individuals are equipped to manage stress in healthy ways — performance, wellbeing, and culture can all thrive together.
Anne is also the author of Surviving to Thriving — a guide to overcoming anxiety, addiction, trauma, and building a healthier, stronger mindset.
Today, Anne works with businesses across Australia to deliver psychosocial risk assessments, training, and tailored wellbeing programs. The Healthy Workspace's flagship program, Achieve Your Potential, gives people practical mindset tools they can use every day — building resilience, staying focused under pressure, and bringing out the best in themselves and their work.
Anne is passionate about helping both individuals and organisations reach their goals without burnout, without overwhelm — and without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Because when people are supported to be their best, workplaces get the best version of them too.
