Click on the 'My Profile' tab on your Member Dashboard to update your password or email address.
Log in to your Member Dashboard to find all scheduled livestreams and their replays (with premium access only).
If you cancel your membership you will lose access to all content (including certificates) at the end of the billing month.
CME hours are recognized by ASUM, ASAR, and CCI. If you'd like us to be accredited by another organization, email us at admin@echoguru.com.
To download your certificate, complete all the month's presentations and mark each as watched by clicking "Mark as complete." After finishing the last presentation, you'll be directed to the completion page. Click the "Download certificate" button there, and your certificate will be saved to your device. You can also download any certificates you have earned from the "Certificates" tab on your Member Dashboard.
We prioritize your data security by storing only essential information on the Echo Guru website—specifically, your username, password, and email address. This intentional minimalism minimizes the risk of cyber attacks gaining access to sensitive information. To handle payment processes, we utilize a secure 3rd-party cart and payment gateway, ensuring the highest level of security for your data.
Download any certificates you have earned from the "Certificates" tab on your Member Dashboard. Click on the "download certificate' button to download the certificate for each month.
Yes, we offer lab discounts for organizations looking to enroll multiple participants. Please get in touch with us at admin@echoguru.com to discuss your needs.
Your premium membership includes 9 months access to content replays and certificates to recognise your CME.
Log in to your Member Dashboard and scroll down the page to "Access Purchased Replays and CME", click on the logo for the month you would like to watch to get started.
